IES Consulting, cabinet de recrutement, s'occupe du recrutement de plusieurs hôtels 4 et 5* en Chine, dans la ville de Chengdu.

Nous recherchons plusieurs stagiaires pour assister les différents département des hôtels :

• Food&Beverage (Service/Restauration)
• Front desk (Réception)
• Management (Participation à la supervision d'un département)
• Human Resources

Stages de 3 à 6 mois, périodes flexibles.

Requis :

• Anglais courant
• Excellente présentation
• Expérience/stage/job en hôtellerie/restauration/relation client

Les missions :
"Directly guided by the Hotel Manager, the trainee will do a cross-training in several areas within the hotel.
- Participating & Supervising the daily work of Reception / F&B department;
- Participating in special events / special projects to reinforce hotel culture;
- Developing internal processes to improve the quality of the Hotel's services;
- Keeping himself/herself always updated about guests' comments & requirements;
- Being very reactive in seeking the solutions for guests to maintain/improve their satisfaction."

Les conditions de stage :
6 mois à partir de juin
Logement et 3 repas/jours offerts, rémunération 470€/mois

Front Desk Management Trainee Luxury 5* Hotel

L'hôtel :

It lies in the city center, and offers a high-end luxury experience & world-class services that goes beyond guests' expectations; it also provides a perfect combination of functional services and relax facilities."

Les missions :
"Work at the Front Office field such as Front Desk, lobby.
The main purpose is for the student to stay in constant with clients, welcoming them, attending them and giving them information. The trainee will get to know how a Luxury 5-star Hotel Front Desk specialist works.
Directly guided by the front office manager, the trainee will:
- Participating & Supervising the daily work of Reception;
- Participating in serving VIP guests;
- Developing internal processes to improve the quality of the Hotel's services;
- Keeping himself/herself always updated to guests' comments & requirements;
- Being very reactive in seeking the solutions for guests to maintain/improve their satisfaction;
- Maintaining a positive and luxury image in any related activities."
