    Company information: Schobrunn has been founded in 1992 in Shanghai, it employs over 600 people within Mainland China and is headquarters in both Shanghai and Paris. Since 2010, the company is listed in New York and Shanghai stock exchange. The company is involved in R&D, production and distribution of hair care products for professionals. Schobrunn is the third player in the professional hairdressing market in China, after L’Oreal and Procter&Gamble (Wella), according to a market research conducted by Unilever in 2009. Our main brands are JOVIAL and NEOSHINE. The Digital Marketing Executive will be working for JOVIAL, the premium brand of the group.

    Job Purpose: The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible in implementing JOVIAL’s Digital Strategy developing brand awareness through corporate and commercial websites but also social media.
    This role coordinates with the Marketing team to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Upgrade JOVIAL website design and ensure the relevancy of its content and brand image
    - Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into corporate culture
    - Ensure JOVIAL presence in social media such as Weibo, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
    - Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
    - Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing team

    Job Requirements:
    - The candidate must be fluent in Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) and English
    - The candidate must hold a Master degree in Marketing
    - The candidate must have at least one year of working experience in Digital Marketing (not including internship period), handling both website and social media management
