French design firm AIA Life Designers is looking for 1 French and English speaking Junior Assistant for its 20 people studio in Shanghai.
Main responsibilities:
- Translate internal French and English document and provide meeting support;
- Handle a series of visa related procedures for our foreign employees;
- Make business travel arrangement and deal with staff monthly expense report;
- Carry out project timesheet data;
- Office supplies purchase and record;
- Other admin and communication related support.
Requirements:
- Chinese native, fluent in both French and English;
- Bachelor degree, beginner is OK;
- Independent with good team spirit;
- Serious and eager to learn.
