Est-ce que c'est bien Air China, et pas China Eastern, China Southern... ou une autre compagnie chinoise? La franchise de bagage dépends de la compagnie. Pour China Eastern et China Southern, c'est bien 2x23kg en eco pour les vols internationaux. Mais ça peut être différent sur Air China.
Non, c'est 23kg en tout, repartissable sur 2 bagages (en eco).
La seule chose qui compte c'est ce qui est ecrit sur ton billet - certaines compagnies sont plus genereuses que d'autres..
2 x 23 kg, comme c'est ecrit = 2 valises de 23 kg.

Free checked baggage requirements for Economy Class cabin
Economy Class passengers with adult-fare or child-fare tickets are allowed up to two pieces of baggage free of charge, each weighing no more than 23kg and with total linear dimensions of each piece not exceeding 158cm.
The infant-fare ticket passenger is allowed one piece of baggage free of charge, but the total linear dimensions shall not exceed 115cm. In addition, a foldable baby stroller or bassinet may be checked in free of charge, or be carried in the cabin if there is room and with approval of the chief attendant.
Note: Aforesaid requirements also apply to all routes between Japan and various continents that transit through China and are fully operated by Air China.
