    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    · Coordination and Supervision- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.

    · Sales, Marketing and Customer Service

    - Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

    - Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution

    - Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more

    - Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social networks and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

    - Be in charge of marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely

    - Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

    · Financial- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company.

    · Best Practices- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.

    · Human Resources– Training of the employees. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.

    · Production- Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products.

    · Strategic Input- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
