Job Description

Location: Shanghai, Minhang district.
Starting date: April

As an intern in our Customer Service Call Centre, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer enquiries, telephone orders and complaints are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner.

The call center is open from 10:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday. Please note that the position is part time; you will work a minimum of 4 hours a day.
If you join our team, you will be trained in the procedures and equipment used in the call centre; as well as the various products we offer.
The salary is 20RMB/hour (this is non-negotiable).

Desired Skills & Experience

Requirements:
* Fluency in any of the following: ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN or CHINESE. A native speaker is preferable but not compulsory; (we will take into consideration those who are non-native speakers yet have a high level of linguistic competency.
* Customer Service experience is a plus.
* Good communication skills: You will work closely with both the customers and the international department on a daily basis.
* Currently in Shanghai.
*Ability to work independently or in a team.
* Competency in Microsoft office.

Company Description

Epermarket is a new online supermarket based in Shanghai. The company was founded in 2011 and specializes in imported food and beverages for expats living in Shanghai. We are currently expanding and need responsible and motivated ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, CHINESE speakers, for a part time job position in the customer service department.
