Owned by a little group of French Entrepreneurs who live abroad and by Happycius Capital Partners, you will be - as the CEO - the main administrator of the company and the central connexion person to manage it on a daily basis.
In doing so, you will be granted with 10% of the shares of the Company while being the ambassador of fancy dinning parties and managing a team composed of a French Chef with 15 y. professional experience and one or several Commercial Staff / Business Development Managers.

In doing so, you will be granted with 10% of the shares of the Company while being the ambassador of fancy dinning parties and managing a team composed of a French Chef with 15 y. professional experience and one or several Commercial Staff / Business Development Managers.
- You have outstanding communication skills both in English and / or French (Cantonese is a plus) and the sincere desire to deliver the best of your professional skills in the framework of an ambitious project;
- You have 3-5 years’ work experience in the hospitality industry and a good background in marketing;
- You are up-to-date with modern cuisine trends while having a good understanding of the classics of French cuisine;
- Experience working in private events/functions (private parties, dinner parties, canape events, banquets, weddings etc.) is a plus;
- Autonomous and hard worker, you demonstrate leadership skills and are able to manage a team.
- Ability to set priorities for self and others, and to follow up on assigned tasks;
- You should have a sharp eye for detail, exceptionally high presentation standards and are willing to create unique experiences for our customers;
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software programs, etc…);
