Are you looking for a room to rent over summer close to Wudaokou and Beijing’s best universities? Are you willing to experience real Chinese life – surrounded by Chinese roommates? Would you like to live just about 100 meters away from a Hutong full of tiny, lively and cheap Chinese restaurants and fruit-sellers?

Then one of the two rooms described below is yours!

Clem and I have just finished our school year and are leaving Beijing soon. We rent out two rooms (separately, you can chose which one you want to rent or take both if you want) in a 7-bedroom apartment located right in the middle of Wudaokou and Beida East gate – a 15 minutes walk away from both on Chengfu street. You would be taking over o DSCN1834.JPG DSCN1833.JPG DSCN1836.JPG DSCN1835.JPG ur contracts that run until September 20[SUP]th [/SUP]2013, but you will be able to extend them further if you decide to stay longer. The monthly rents are respectively RMB2050/month for room 1 and RMB2250/month for room 2.
The apartment is quiet, well located, close to all commodities – you can buy pretty much anything you need for your daily life in the Hutong that goes to the apartment and the first supermarket is a very slow 5-minute walk away.
Bad points: you will have to share your bathroom with another 6 people… and you will have to pay upfront 1 month deposit and 3 months rent, so 4 months in total.

Have a look at the pictures below and feel free to contact us per mail (mathieu.legouix@gmail.com) or per phone (18811462993 for Matthew and 18311478140) if you want to come over and visit the apartment!
    Looking forward to seeing you,
