    Purpose of the Position
    Be the main responsible toward the animation of a dedicated sale environment in several hypermarkets, coordinating the action of banking sales force and hypermarket manager’s and sales people, understanding the needs and rhythm of the hypermarket to adapt the financial offer to support it dynamically and benefit from it.

    Scope
    Commercial Manager reports to Commercial Director and is responsible to create value by maximizing the use of the store environment and communication channel to facilitate delivery of financial products to store customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand and integrate the respective needs of the stores.
      • Optimize their turnover
      • Improve margin
      • Long term brand perception by customers
    • Meet the financial service objectives.
      • Maximize card opening
      • Improve the installment loans usage (and balance)
      • Maximize card penetration (% of payment in store made through the card)

    • Communicate actively and very regularly with every of the programs contributors in the store
      • The banking service provider
      • Head office marketing
    • Train store staff on credit card business and installment
      • Train cashier on credit card professional knowledge
      • Train EM staff and pc on credit card installment business
    • Follow and participate to the team work
      • Execute the requests and guidelines from the management
      • Report actively and regularly to his managers
      • Inform and share any information of importance regarding his mission
      • Attend and participate actively to the team meetings
    • Perform other related missions and duties as required.

      Education, knowledge, competences, and attributes

      Education: University background or above : business, finance, commerce or related studies prefered (or Chinese language if a French native).
      Language: French and real fluency in either English or Chinese is a must.

      Business Competences:
    • Understand the products to be promoted (credit cards, consummer loan, as well as retailers expectations)
    • Shall become rapidly familiar with retail distribution or financial products, prior experience an asset
    • More than 3 years professionnal experience

    • Good communication skill
    • Have commercial common sense
    • Result-oriented

    • Nice personality capable of charisma
    • Self-confidence without self-promotion.
