Position Information
• Title: Business Process Automation Engineer
• Department: Quality - Group Business Process design & Compliance
• Report to Business Process Design Manager Job Summary Be a champion in defining new and re-engineered business processes, facilitating a robust implementation. Through guidance of the Business process design manager, to develop and automate selected business processes, based on review of existing documentation and collaboration with the appointed process owners. Main responsibility
• Responsible for development of automotive processes and documentation based on review of existing documentation and collaboration with relevant process stakeholders
• Responsible for analysis of current routines & procedures, and lean the processes for improving flow, speed and quality
• Responsible for development of processes and swim-lane process maps, integrating business requirements with a process design that will be the basis for future capability implementation
• Responsible for process communication, release and training
• Responsible for workflow automation based on selected business processes
• Responsible for establishing regular process compliance reports for management analysis
• Responsible for providing technical support to Quality systems (Siemens, Hopex, BPMS etc..)
Education Bachelor / Master degree in Computer science Special knowledge & skills
• Practical
o Min 3 years’ experience in IT and Process Modelling o Can work independently and shall have a high ability to understand complex processes o High level of self-control related to quality of work
• Theoretical
o Understands IT systems and Database model o Understands BPMN and Workflow patterns o Understands APQC PCF approach o Understands BPM discipline
• Managerial
o Experienced in leading and supporting business process re-engineering o Be capable of organizing own work, self-driven o Str0ng oral, written and collaboration skills are a must o Trustworthy behavior Language skills
• English: Fluent (Spoken, Reading, Written)
• Chinese: Basic (Spoken)
Equipment • One telephone • Laptop for communicating & reporting Package Between 13 to 15K / Month BT negotiable, might have foreigner allowance & Bonus as well in addition (cannot vouch 100%)
