    Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons un business developer, chasseur dans l'ame et pro-actif.

    Business development

    ● Manage business development in China, clients relationship and technological projects follow-up.
    • Drive business development of MNC in different industries: Automotive, IT, Transportation, Energy...
    • Be involved in RFI and RFQ, Lead prospections and bidding process for new project opportunities
    • Develop trustful relationship with customers
    • Propose business needs to focus on and give to the clients a global view of ASTEK China expertise through its offers portfolio
    • Develop, adapt and manage corporate's solution portfolio according to regional market needs with technical team
    • Identify, build and manage partner relationships to develop win-win scenarios
    • Able to work with multi- cultured team under high pressure
    • Excellent business sense and communication skill with client-oriented mindset
    • Built long-lasting relationships with existing clients and approach new clients
    • Defined and followed own business plan in full autonomy
    • Prepared/initiated technical and financial proposals according to different client needs
    • Prepared and lead price negotiation plan with the customers each year
    • Weekly report to Group AIT regarding China AIT sector development status and further action plan
    • Responsible for contractual relationship with customers – validate & collect customer contracts and invoicing
    ● Manage a profit unit controlling my margins and global results.

    Consultant Management & Recuitment

    ● Manage the consultants teams (project follow-up, career management, yearly appraisal...).
    ● Hiring new talents, integrating them and improving their competences through trainings and certifications program.

    Your profile:
    - Of scientific or commercial training / background ( Schools of Engineering, University), you have a first sales & business development proven experience (a trainee for example) in our business sector (mechanical engineering/ information systems / technology consulting).

    - You are able to train and mentor in term period teams (sales / recruitment / delivery), manage employees and monitor performance indicators, with a Str0ng demand for performance and quality.

    - Knowledge of the Chinese market & Culture is essential as well as a first understandings of the mechanisms of «technical assistance" model and its keys to success.

    - A very good level of Chinese & french language is requiered for that challenge
