    The location of this modern apartment is on Renmin Road near Huaihai Road close to People's Square and its compound name is Donghuaihai Apartment.

    It has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with dining table, 1 bathroom and a kitchen plus a balcony. It is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The interior decoration is Western style and it has a mixture of wooden and tile floor. The apartment is in a high-rise building on the 6th floor without an elevator. All together it is 145 square meters - a good space for living comfortably.

    Besides the standard furniture (i.e. bed, sofa, wardrobe etc.) this apartment contains 1 flat screen TV, a microwave, a washing machine, an iron & iron table, sheets, duvets, central air condition and cable TV.

    In addition to that a high speed internet connection is accessible.

    A gym and swimming pool are very close by.
