    Samedi 7 avril prochain, Shanghai Young Bakers organise un cours special Paques, en bilingue anglais-chinois et ouvert aux familles avec enfants. Au programme: petits pains brioches de Paques et figures de Paques (lapins, cloches...) en biscuit au chocolat.

    Who are we: Shanghai Young Bakers is a charity program providing a one-year free training in French bakery to disadvantaged Chinese youth (aged 17-23), to help them find a qualified job after graduation.
    SYB is now offering public classes and all proceeds are used to finance the SYB students’ training costs. Classes include traditional French bread and pastries, and are taught in English, French or Chinese.

    Our teacher XIAO Jinjin, graduate from SYB and from the French bakery chool of Aurillac, recommend you the lesson of:
    Hot Cross Buns and Easter-shaping chocolate biscuit

    500RMB/participant (children helping their parents come for free)
