Title : Assistant projet pékin



Responsibilities:
· Administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, organizing events and scheduling meetings.
· Provide translation/interpretation services and document review
· Attend and keep meeting minutes
· Correspond with external partners/customers
· Assist in market research
· Edit report
· Located in Beijing



Requirements:
· Fluency in French, Mandarin and English(both written and spoken)
· Student or University graduate, overseas experience preferred. Preferably with a major in business management/marketing/communication.
· High Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
· Self-motivated, hard-working, and very organized
· Works well under pressure and ability to multi-task
· Str0ng service oriented attitude
