    We are looking for an ASSISTANT for our Shanghai Office.
    Mission :
    The Assistant will be reporting to the General Manager and will be doing:

    Admin/HR

    • To be responsible for all incoming mail/phone call and visitors` reception;
    • To administrate office daily consumable supply (Drinks/Stationery/Coffee bean);
    • To keep office and conference room clean and everything on site;
    • To maintain the office IT system and other equipments;
    • To help with flight tickets and hotels booking for domestic and international business trip;
    • To assist keeping all sorts of contracts related to daily work;
    • To record monthly office telephone and printer use;
    • To find solutions for colleagues` and clients` daily work (mobile phone package/biz card);
    • To manage weekly Time Sheet, keeping record updated in time;
    • To finish annual leave record at the end of every month
    • To support foreign employees` and clients` work permit and residence permit affairs;
    • To manage HR software, inputting HR information and update if needed.
    • Other admin or HR affairs assigned by manager

    Cashier

    • To manage all sorts of paper for bank affairs (cheque, credit voucher);
    • To check expense claim and release money by transferring online or cash;
    • To make sure enough petty cash for daily payment;
    • To release monthly allowance and birthday allowance;
    • To make payment request and finish payment procedure;
    • To handle monthly office rental/ house rental transfer for clients;
    • To finish cash report every Friday, ensuring enough money for next week payment;
    • To make bank transfer according to manager`s indication

    Competences:

    • College degree or above
    • Good skills of the Microsoft Office
    • Dynamism, curiosity, initiative spirit, autonomous

    Experience :

    • 1 year`s admin work experience preferred,
    • having a basic knowledge of bank/cash will be a plus

    Languages:

    • Chinese : mother tongue / English : Fluent / French : asset
    Position based in Shanghai (Pudong – Line 2 – Century Avenue).
    Remuneration to be defined according to the candidate’s profile and experience.
