Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and effectively execute sales & marketing strategies and plans to achieve agreed sales targets and profitability targets, increase brand awareness
  2. Be responsible for all-rounded sales and marketing activities, manage and maintain relationship with existing distributors / accounts, explore potential distributors/accounts, participate or organize different marketing activities such as seminar, exhibition, or even cold calling etc.
  3. Serve as a key contact between Canada studio and China studio, drive new product launch in line with global business strategies, coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties, liaise with them across relevant departments including marketing, sales, customer service, finances, orders/shipments planning, logistics etc.
  4. Negotiate sales/business terms with potential clients, drive the signing and fulfilment of contracts, monitor and collect relevant payments.
  5. Regularly review sales strategies and objectives, prepare and analyze sales reports, establish customers/distributors/key accounts dossier.
  6. Monitor industry trends, provide regularly the market analysis and sales forecasts and referential insight on product sales performance, promotion, distribution and local pricing decisions in business team discussions.
Job Requirements
  1. 3-5 years sales & marketing experience, preferably in toys, figurines, animation, video games, pop culture industry with distributor management experience
  2. In depth knowledge of distribution channels, sales management, category management and customer marketing. E-Commerce experience a plus
  3. Ability to independently develop distributors/clients ane maintain a good business relationship with them
  4. Outgoing personality, Str0ng negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
  5. Ability to lead and assist the team in completing sales tasks
  6. Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin, French is a bonus
