Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and effectively execute sales & marketing strategies and plans to achieve agreed sales targets and profitability targets, increase brand awareness
  2. Be responsible for all-rounded sales and marketing activities, manage and maintain relationship with existing distributors / accounts, explore potential distributors/accounts, participate or organize different marketing activities such as seminar, exhibition, or even cold calling etc.
  3. Serve as a key contact between Canada studio and China studio, drive new product launch in line with global business strategies, coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties, liaise with them across relevant departments including marketing, sales, customer service, finances, orders/shipments planning, logistics etc.
  4. Negotiate sales/business terms with potential clients, drive the signing and fulfilment of contracts, monitor and collect relevant payments.
  5. Regularly review sales strategies and objectives, prepare and analyze sales reports, establish customers/distributors/key accounts dossier.
  6. Monitor industry trends, provide regularly the market analysis and sales forecasts and referential insight on product sales performance, promotion, distribution and local pricing decisions in business team discussions.
Job Requirements
  1. 3-5 years sales & marketing experience, preferably in toys, figurines, animation, video games, pop culture industry with distributor management experience
  2. In depth knowledge of distribution channels, sales management, category management and customer marketing. E-Commerce experience a plus
  3. Ability to independently develop distributors/clients ane maintain a good business relationship with them
  4. Outgoing personality, Str0ng negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit
  5. Ability to lead and assist the team in completing sales tasks
  6. Proficient communication skills in English and Mandarin, French is a bonus

Job Responsibilities

This position provides support to both the China Studio and Canada Studio with the following duties:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional team including sales, marketing, finances and logistics to make the order execution on the track, ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  2. Support the sales team by managing schedules, managing contracts, collecting sales forecast, sales report and document making, pricing maintain and communicating relevant information, etc.
  3. Work closely with production team to keep track of production schedule.
  4. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all information related to products.
  5. Run weekly / monthly sales reports and update the inventory on a regular basis.
  6. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  7. Organize samples and materials to support marketing reviews and client presentations.
  8. Keep the merchandise in the showroom well organized and up to date.
  9. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events when requested.
  10. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or alternatively proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  2. Outstanding skills within communication, coordination, organization, analysis and negotiation.
  3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  4. A team player with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  5. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, French is a plus.

  1. Manage company’s social media calendar and communities in China, increase the company's brand and products’ awareness, support local sales activities across channels.
  2. Be responsible for content creation and interaction of official social media, initiate, plan and execute communication events/activities, edit press releases, product articles, event articles, etc. and complete related visual designs.
  3. Adapt global content or commercial campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) to local digital channels.
  4. Assist in shooting and editing photos and videos of products and offline marketing activities.
  5. Develop and maintain a good relationship with external medias resources (free platforms, influencers or paid medias), coordinate internal and external resources.
  6. Monitor all communications channels, follow the industry and market news, gather and share relevant information.
  7. Assist to complete other tasks.
Job Requirements
  1. Education background no request, but bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, design or related field is preferred
  2. Exceptional verbal and written communication skill, good sense of content style and quality, ability to plan marketing activities
  3. Photography and pictures/video editing skills are request, proficiency in photoshop/Illustrator
  4. Good knowledge of the world of figurines, statues, video games, movies or pop culture is a plus
  5. Dynamic, Str0ng sensitivity to new things and teamwork spirit
  6. Good communication in English is a plus

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage the daily operation of international and domestic transportation (sea, air, rail and truck), provide logistics quotations and solutions following different incoterm, establish shipping plans and arrange booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration, etc
  2. Complete and handle logistic documents, including ship-marks, customs declaration documentations, invoices, packaging list, bills of lading, certificate of origin etc.
  3. Coordinate and communicate regularly with project managers, factories and clients, follow up the cargo ready date and shipping schedule to ensure on-time deliveries.
  4. Maintain and record logistics relevant data and statistics. Including shipments data, inventory, logistics cost. Assist to arrange stock-taking when necessary.
  5. Analyze and control logistics costs, be responsible for negotiating quotations and service with third-party service providers (freight forwarders, trailers, customs brokers, express companies and other related service providers).
  6. Follow up logistics related payments with the financial department and submit the cost report at the end of each project.
  7. Participate in the establishment of logistics guidelines, procedures and processes when necessary.
  8. Assist the supervisor to complete other tasks.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain management or alternatively have 1-3 years of logistic/supply chain experience.
  2. Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin. French is a plus.
  3. Serious, teamwork spirit, and ability to work cross-functional.
