Bonjour,

We leave on Tuesday 21st September at 10pm with the night train to Fuyang. After an early check-in at the hotel, you will hear a presentation on the local situation and CHF’s actions, before heading to the local village school. There, we will engage in introduction games with CHF-sponsored children, and after lunch at a villager’s home, we will paint a colorful mural on the school’s reading room walls together with the children. In the evening we will visit other CHF-sponsored projects and taste local specialties at a distinctive restaurant.
On the 23rd, you will accompany CHF staff on their regular visits to sponsored families, and get a better understanding of their day-to-day difficulties. We will then take the children out to lunch and to play in the park. Together we will enjoy games and a boat ride on the lake, before the sun sets on some unforgettable memories.
On the 24th, we will head back to Hefei, stopping for a lunch break in the medieval town of Shouxian. We will reach Shanghai East station by 6:30pm.

Cost: 1,600 RMB + donation (minimum 600 RMB) per person, including all expenses (transportation, accommodation, meals, activities) during the 3 days.

Your donation will help cover the tuition/books/misc fees for a primary school student (200 RMB/yr) and a junior high student (400 RMB/yr). 2,800 RMB would cover the annual fees of a junior high student for one year, while 5,000 RMB pays for a university student’s annual tuition and board fees.
