Bonjour,

Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) Admin pour notre bureau de Hong Kong.

Voici l'offre :


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administration: Coordination and follow up of all the current business between France and China (the buyers/shipping department/quality department and the sales department)
  • Perform administrative functions including the procurement of office supplies and equipment, communicate with different parties, travel arrangement, filing etc.
  • Reception: Handle daily reception duties including answering calls, greeting guests, arrange courier and parcels, etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc from manager as necessary
Requirement:

  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • French speaking and writing is an advantage
  • Enthusiastic team player with Str0ng communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask with minimal guidance and work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great sense of responsibility and detailed minded
  • Polite and excellent telephone manners
  • Immediate available or with short notice period is highly preferable
Package:

  • We offer fixed salary (negotiable) alongside discretionary performance bonus & 10-days annual leave (the 1st year), then negotiable for 2nd year. MPF is contributed according to HKSAR’s relevant governmental regulations.
