Aim & contents:
The objective of this one-day training session is to present you very functional Standardized work tools to improve in a concrete way sourcing activity : choice and qualification of your suppliers, order tracking and managing of suppliers in China.
The presentation of these techniques is combined with an in-depth understanding of Chinese cultural differences that have inevitably impact on our business on a daily basis.

Speaker:
Sophie Rebibo began her career in China in 2002. During her 5 years of expatriation in Guangzhou and Shanghai, she was Quality Manager & Purchasing Manager for European SMEs and became Director of the Chinese purchasing Office of the French group Pier Import-Foir'Fouille in Guangzhou. Responsible for managing a bi-cultural team of 50 employees, Sophie has developed high skills in International Management as well as in all areas related to the Supply Chain: sourcing, purchasing, quality control, logistics, human resources, restructuring of work processes, management of purchasing and sales teams and evaluation of their performance…
Sophie holds a BA in Chinese language and civilization, a Master in International Expertise (INALCO Paris), and a Master of French & Chinese International Management (French Institut d'Administration des Entreprises of Nantes).
