BIZOU will be celebrating its head chef's Birthday, on the 19th of August... Matt's gonna be @#^%* years old... (keep it secret)
A special day has been organized :
The First "Barmen's Race" in Guangzhou, where all participants are allowed.
Teams will be able to register between now and 2pm on the D-day. (rules and regulations explained in the last paragraph of this info)
Second event will take place in LA TERRASSE where the winning teams will get their prizes.
Third event will happen in BIZOU, for BBQ Baguettes, and chill-out "Old American Blues" live music.
And at last, we'll be in B-BOSS for some more live music and for some more booze.

"Course de Garçons de café" or "Barmen's race", sponsored by "TIGER BEER", happening between BIZOU and LA TERRASSE.
6pm-8pm
The teams and their supporters are welcome to LA TERRASSE , where they will be able to enjoy the most "Frenchy" atmosphere in town.
The loveliest manager, CLOE, will be giving the prize to the winning teams:
first prize:
A garnished basket (french style: concocted by BIZOU's chef), composed of Foie Gras, French baguettes, confit of gizzards, fine wine and cheese.
second prize:
A bottle of the most appreciated french alcohol in France: (sponsored by LA TERRASSE): "Ricard" Pastis de Marseille.
Third prize:
A bag of Italian Espresso coffee beans (sponsored by TAI SENG Coffee Company).

RULES AND REGULATION FOR THE AFTERNOON RACE :
there is 900 meters between LA TERRASSE & BIZOU (that of course, is by the main road). Teams will have to be composed of no less than 4 people and can be made of as many as you want to. Point of the game will be for each team to send one of their runner at the time, to walk, jog, run ,crawl, or even fly if they want to, from BIZOU to LA TERRASSE . The race consist in carrying a Bar tray filled with 10 plastic cups (full of water) and 6 bottles of Tiger beer. The filling of each plastic cups will only be done in BIZOU, LA TERRASSE being a check point for the race. Each time a runner arrives in LA TERRASSE, he/she will have to fill a gage that will be there, ready for their respective team to be filled. This race is a relay, meaning that each time a check point has been reached, the runner should then be changed. Each team should therefor be split in two, half in BIZOU, half in LA TERRASSE, waiting for their runner to arrive. If the runner doesn't change, the team will be penalised. If you drop beer bottles and break them you will be penalised. (one bottle is worth one penalty) The penalty is simple, we decided that we would penalize each team of one round, meaning that we would empty ten cups worth of water from the gage of the penalized team. The end of the race will be at 5.30pm in LA TERRASSE where the gages for each team will be located. The gage reaching the highest level is a winner! etc... Remember that there are many different ways to go to BIZOU or to LA TERRASSE... All ways are allowed. At last we are asking each team to come ready with a name, and with a mascot. The most impressive mascot will be rewarded. Make sure your mascot isn't too big, as it will be the relay witness for each team. Except all the above, there aren't any rules really... Let's put it this way: "tous les coups sont permis".
