What?
As a management trainee for Solid Int’l in Shanghai, China you will get the chance to get actively involved in the creation, development and execution of a whole new business concept for our company. Until today Solid Int’l Ltd., has been an exporter of oak hardwood flooring out of China, world wide. Now the decision is made to create a B2C business model.
The creation of an internet platform should allow Solid to offer flooring products directly to end users. Being a Sino Belgian operation the Belgian market is targeted to launch our I-business. This launch needs to be supported by inclusive but not limited to a cost effective logistic network, a good stock management, a creative marketing plan, a great brand name, a good product mix of core competences, additional products, strategic partners…. All the ground work will be done by an international team from the companies head quarter in Shanghai, China. The soft launch is scheduled for January 2010.

Who?
We are looking for 2 energetic, self motivated, commercial talents who can work independently in a young and dynamic team. Solution oriented and strategic minds are welcome! It is necessary to be a good communicator and negotiator. Have good knowledge of English & able to respect death lines.
