Job Description_ Junior Sales Representative
ChinaScope Financial Limited is an integrated provider of China-focused analytics and business intelligence. The company was founded in Hong Kong by a group of investment professionals. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be expected to:
- Reach out clients through the “Greenfield Project”: Take advantage of the potential customers lists that our current sales team has put together and met but haven’t followed up with;
- Create a potential client database from scratch and contact then meet every individual on this database;
- Identify and initiate contact with prospects (Cold calls etc);
- Autonomously conduct professional face to face or online demonstrations to prospective clients;
- Sustain relationships with potential and existing customers;
- Manage pricing, offers, and promotions in order to attract a maximum of accounts every month, by understanding their need and offering a tailored package to everyone of them;
- Close deals and sign contracts with clients;
- Provide precise feedback to operational team after each meeting regarding perception about our company;
- Ensure after-sale services; - Provide professional consultative advice to our customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
We expect all candidates to possess the following aptitudes:
- Finance or Marketing Bachelor degree or above;
- Strong selling capabilities or previous experience in sales in necessary;
- Interest or knowledge in finance and accounting is an advantage;
- Aggressive & Talkative however delicate and friendly;
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills (will be duly tested during interviews);
- Result oriented, high risk/return seeking individuals;
- Impeccable presentation.
How you will work:
You will based in Hong Kong and will contact in priority potential customers there. You will be solely responsible for your leads and meetings. We set feasible sales revenue targets that will directly and consistently affect your monthly compensation, composed of a fixed allowance and a competitive commission on each sale you will make. You will work in a competitive, challenging and ambitious atmosphere, which represents a perfect introduction to the world of finance in Hong Kong, and will help you establish a network there.
