We are 4 news students in Beijing. We arrived few days ago. We are now in a Hostel in Sanlitum and we are looking for rent an apartment with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds...

We'll study in BJUT ( Beijing University of Technology ). We are looking for something near Sanlitum or Chaoyang district to be close to the university.

But it's difficult to find a serviced apartment. We want to pay 12000-13000rmb/month.

Apartment with internet ( wi-fi ), wash machine....
