Our company is a leading purveyor of tailor-made floral solutions to five-star hotels, event organizers, and companies across various cities in China. Due to our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for an all-around talented and motivated individual intern to be a Florist in our different production sites.

Requirements:
  • From a top floral school
  • Good floral skills, have a deep understanding of the French style arrangement
  • Basics in IT: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basics in English. Chinese would be a plus
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural team, open-minded.

The main tasks are:

  • Floral arrangement making (luxury : Hotel, Banquet)
  • Floral arrangement creation (new designs)
  • Floral training for Chinese junior florists
  • Meeting with clients and understanding their requests
  • Tracking flower expenses
  • Help in creating flower making processes

The trainee will join the team responsible for the development of the new Floral Training Center in China. The team main tasks are:
  • Designing the new training system
  • Be a floral teacher for the Chinese florist students
  • Improve and create related processes
  • Evaluate the florists

During your internship, you will be able to enhance your current floral skills, improve your teaching skills and get a new enriching experience in our socially responsible company.
