A leading international law firm, which is rapidly expanding its business in China, seeks an HR Manager in Beijing:
Responsibilities:
• keep an organization's personnel records up-to-date and in particular, contractual documents (offers, contracts, etc), keep track of address changes, changes in job titles, benefits, and salaries.
• screen job applicants and conduct preliminary assessments for partners' review
• update appropriate forms when an employee receives a promotion or changes address
• prepare reports for partners within the organisation
• inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection for employment
• conduct necessary research to locate resumes and in particular liaise with headhunters
• HR clerical duties (holidays, daily attendance)

• Well organized and flexible;
• Able to work on own initiative with limited supervision
• Problem-solving approach
• Strict confidentiality requirements / reporting to partners’ only
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above majoring in HR in Europe or US;
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience;
• Prior experience in professional services (audit, legal, consultancy) is a plus;
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Spoken and written French and/or Chinese are a plus.
