JOB Search: For our Business Development unit based in Wuhan (Caidian district), we are looking for a Project Manager with multiple talents.

Job Description:

You are responsible toward the customer and the group of the good management of the projects under your responsibility and to reach the Quality, Cost, Delivery and Profitability objectives.

For this purpose,
- You manage the project team
- You define and manage the project management plan (planning, project review, risk analysis…)
- You manage the Quality, Cost, Delivery and Profitability objectives and manage the economical budget aspects (technical costs, industrialisation costs…) and the action plans
- You do the project reporting locally and to the project direction of the group
- You manage the operational communication with the customer project team.

You will be based in Wuhan and reporting to the Business Development Manager based in Shanghai. You will also be linked to the project direction of the group based in Europe.


Education, experience, language and skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in project management/development
- Used to the automotive industry or similar big series industry
- Fluent in English + Chinese mother tong, French is a “nice to have”
- Strong written & oral communications skills to interface with an international organization (cross functional team collaboration)
- Strong planning and organization skills, analytical, results oriented
- Anticipation, synthesis and decision capacities
- Last but not least, High ethic and team player behaviour is a prerequisite
