The purpose of ADEN shall be to achieve satisfactory economic returns for the Company by the activities defined by the Management Board.The main business scope of ADEN shall be the activities directly involving to catering, cleaning, security and maintenance services for buildings, companies, department stores industrial zones, hotels, schools, etc…
The Company services and servicing methods are determined to meet the international standards and to satisfy technical requirements of China.

Job Specifications

§ Manage and develop the company’s operations for the Branch subsidiary
§ Lead, manage and coach a growing team of hundreds of employees
§ Acquire extensive knowledge of operations in order to master their functioning
§ Cooperation and implementation of best quality services
§ Supervise the financial consolidation and conduct the timely reporting
§ Strengthen the Company’s position in the location
§ Develop the business and launch new operations in a challenging environment
§ To respect and enforce the Company’s internal corporate policies and rules
§ Cooperate with all Company’s internal departments, suppliers, customers, authorities, external consultants / auditors
Requirements
§ Degree in management or related disciplines
§ Minimum 5 years of working experience either in F&B or service related industry or in Sales & marketing; preferably in ShanDong Province
§ Hands-on profile, great flexibility and good comprehension of a multicultural environment.
§ Result oriented, interpersonal sensitivity, leadership, and strategic thinking determination.
