Albatross Global Solutions is a marketing and HR services provider dedicated to improve customer service and performance for luxury brands in Asia. We cover mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand and Australia. We have the ability to run Market Surveys and Mystery Shopping surveys in 40 cities in Asia, among which 30 in mainland China.
We currently run several Mystery Shopping projects all over China in the cosmetic industry, car industry, fashion industry. We hire Mystery Shoppers.
As a Mystery Shopper, you are required to visit boutiques and counters, restaurants, banks, car dealers and even hotels. You behave as a regular customer, and then share with us your experience by online reports in order to help our client to improve their services quality. Each survey lasts between 30 to 60 minutes. Initial training takes place before the actual field work.
Salary: The payment is based on the complication and requirement of the projects.
Job requirements:
1. Local people aged from 25-45
2. Accurate and reliable.
3. Shopping experience with luxury brands
4. Internet Access
