THIS CHANGE REQUESTS ALSO FOREIGNERS WHO ARE TAXABLE IN CHINA TO SUBMIT THE INDIVIDUAL INCOME TAX FILING !
The filing is an obligation of the Individual and the Individual is liable in front of Chinese Tax Authorities.
See quote related to the penalties from tax advisors as follows:
" People above the RMB120,000 threshold who fail to report
their earnings within three months of the end of the taxation year can be
fined up to RMB10,000 (US$1,270), while filing false reports can attract
fines of up to RMB 50,000 (US$6,350) in addition to a maximum of five times
the tax amount due."

Autrement dit ce n'est plus l'entreprise qui est responsable devant la loi de la declaration fiscale.
Dans ma boite, il vont nous fournir un releve de ce qu'ils ont payes en impots, mais c'est a nous d'envoyer cette declaration.
