Discussion: 20m2 Room for rent, 2500rmb all incl., close to Jing'An Temple

We have a 3 room apartment, 100m2, 2bedroom 1 livingroom all quite big, and would like to rent the empty bedroom. We want to make life as easy as possible for you; internet, water, gas and electricity are already included in the rent(2500)! No bad surprises at the end of the month.

The room is approximately 20m2 and has a 135cm bed, big closet, computer table and a balcony. The room faces south, so you will have sunshine all day. Moreover the rooms do not face the street, so its rather quiet. The view of the room you can see on the picture, we face a football field (soccer for my american friends) . There is some playing going on everyday, why not enjoy it with a cold beer on the balcony?

The location is amazing, we are 3min walk from Changping Lu Metro line 7 (1stop to Jing An). 10min walk you will find a huge mall with all the things you are looking for (24h McDonalds, KFC,Starbucks, Watsons, Pizza Hut, cloths etc), there are two supermarkets reachable in 2min and if you walk 5min you can go and catch a chinese experience in the wet market. Food and bakeries are all around, the muslim is very recommendable.

About us, we are open minded Swiss/Chinese couple. I am studying Chinese at an university and my GF is a Yoga Teacher. We like to enjoy ourselves at home, cooking good food and drinking wine. We keep the apartment very clean, altough the interrior is not the newest one. For sure there will be some benefits for you, as a Chinese learner or working and doing some yoga with us .

We would prefer somebody who stays 6month, although 3month will be accepted when organizing a new roommate.
