One fully furnished, really nice room will be free from the 10th of January.



The rent is 2300 RMB each month. It’s a nice shared apartment with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a nice cozy living room. The view from your room overlooks the whole of Pudong’s financial center, too. An Ayi comes once a week to clean the flat (Sundays).



Your flatmates will be two young guys, one German and one French. They both work full time (one as a student of Tongji University), and are very interested in music and art on the side (definitely a plus if you are into it too)- the whole apartment atmosphere is very relaxed.



The apartment is located at the cross between Henan Nan Lu and Fuxin Dong Lu. It’s approximately a 5-minute walk to Yuyuan Garden station (Metro line 8) and Laoximen (L8 – 10). Nanjing Dong Lu is also in walking distance. Easy access to PuDong financial area, and Fudan and Tongji universities (metro).



Nearby, you’ll find what you need: restaurants, gym, grocery stores (e.g. E-Mart) and the Yuyuan Tourist Center – a really nice area.
