URGENT Chambre terrible dans résidence de FOU!!!

The room is located in the centre of Shanghai, good transport, just 5 minute by walking to the zhongtan road stop of metro line 3, line 4 at a one stop of subway line 1 Shanghai Railway Station.

Also there are bus 76, 112, 105, 63,13, 837, 830, so you just spend less than 30 mins that arriving at any CBT in Shanghai. There are gyms, basketball place, swimming pool in the district.
Around 50% lands are covered by Natural River, trees, park
The room is on 8 floor and in front of this room, you could overview the river curved our building and the parkexcellent scene. The room has very big balcony and quite big window fall to ground, so you could enjoy sunshine in the winter, sunset in the afternoon; even counting stars while you laying on your king bed.

There also are a big living room in the apartment, so you could enjoy your meal and relaxation there.

It is very clean and furniture room it just cost 2240 RMB per month.

Short term and long term are welcome.
