Je suis un Français fraichement arrivé sur Shanghai. Je viens de prendre un bel appart de 2 chambres près du campus de Yanchang (Métro Circus, Ligne 1, à 10 minutes à pieds) et je recherche à présent un coloc sympa !

L'appart est situé au 20ème étage dans un complexe haut de gamme d'immeubles avec gardien, piscine, salle de sport, terrains de tennis, etc. Il fait environ 90m² avec tout l'équipement qu'il faut, home cinéma, gros écran plan LCD, lecteur DVD, etc.
La chambre est de taille moyenne avec un lit 2 places, vue sur un super parc, calme et air sain ! Le tout est neuf.

La chambre est disponible dès maintenant pour 2700 Kouai par mois

I'm a student at the Shanghai University and I'm currently looking for a roommate in my new flat.

It's a flat in a brand new building 20th floor, guard 24H, pool, tennis courts, gymnasum, etc. 10 minutes walks from the Shanghai Circus metro station on ligne 1. Every convenience just by : shopes, metro, park.
