Very nice new apt (I am the first tenant) just ON the subway station Linping Road. 30F!!! Every thing you need is available down the street (many expat restaurants + of course all the chinese ones you need)

About 90SQM, 1 huge leaving room (balcony) + big bedroom with with view on all Shanghai. 1 other room with computer (you can add a bed). Kitchen is a bit small but bath room very clean!!!. Only pb: only 1 bedroom so this is the perfect apt for a couple.
