Looking for 2 new roomates by the end of July

Hello,
one of my roomates and I are leaving our apartment by the end of July,
thus we are looking for 2 new roomates to replace us:

133 Linping Road, securized residence :
Large flat of 140 sq meters, bright and peaceful : 38th floor (lifts, of course), with all the best furniture you can ever dream of, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms.
AC in every room, kitchen with all required household appliances (washing machine, micro-wave oven, gas hotplates, fridge and freezer, hood/cooker), awesome living room(Large screen TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, Wireless Internet)

Inside the residence: sport and fitness rooms, sauna, 2 swimming pools: one indoor, one outdoor.

We're just above Linping Road Subway station (30 secondes from our frontdoor) and a big mall with supermarket, Starbucks, Watson's, Paris Baguette, Pizza Hut / KFC, japanese restaurant ... And typical chinese district is just 2 steps further !

The rent is only 1900 RMB per person/per month, we pay 2 months every other month and there is only 1 month deposit . Liu, our nice real estate agent can speak english and is very helpful whenever and whatever you need.
2 months or long-run rentals available (6 months, 1 year, 2 years ...)

We are in a very convenient location : less than 10 min from Tongji University, 10-15 min from the Bund & 20 min from People's Square.
