J'ai un tres bien 2-chambres apartment. Parce que je suis enthousiaste pour francais, je voudrais chercher une gentil locataire francaise pour le partager.

Le apartment: rue huai hai/hua shan (15 minutes to Metro 1 Xujiahui station/shopping center a pied; 5' to JiaoTong Universite); 21F, propre, douillet, sauf, equipe.
Prix: 10,000/six moises (tout inclus, internet, water, cable TV, gas, electricty)
Moi: chinoise, femme, bien eduque, franc
Toi: femme, franc, soigneux, respect privacy, pas gros fumer

Remarks : size of your room is about 10 square meters, including a bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a laptop desk, an air conditioner (I can send you pics first if you want)

Ben juste pour vous dire que cette chambre est très bien située par rapport à XuJiaHui, et vraiment assez pour ceux qui ne veulent pas dépenser trop d'argent dans une chambre. Niveau qualité prix imbattable. Je l'aurais prise tout de suite, mais je ne serai de retour à Shanghai qu'en septembre.

De plus je connais Flavia, grâce a la collocataire qu'elle a en ce moment, on a déjà diné tous ensemble qvec d'autres de ses a,is et des miens, et partager des fous rires maintes fois, dans l'appart ou au restaurant. (l'appart a toujours été clean quand j'y étais)
