Fantastic apartment in Manhattan Heights, a compound on Xi Kang Rd, Xin Zha Rd. In this beautiful compound there is a gym, sauna and pool free to use by the tenants. There is 24 hour security, extremely convenient location (a few mins walk to Nan Jing West Rd, Plaza 66, the Portman, Jing An metro and Nan Jing Rd metro walking distance).

We are looking for a 3rd person to move in with us to this amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 balcony 155m sq apartment. The rent is 2550rmb for the room, the apartment has ADSL and satellite connections. This is a steal for this compound! We require 2 months deposit and one month rent up-front, but the deposit will be returned to you when you leave.
