Discussion: Stage/Internship Offer - Business Development Missions

Dragon Teambuilding Int. Ltd is looking for a Foreign Intership.
Let me introduce my company briefly :

Then, in my project of development, I need as soon as possible 1 internships for a length from 4 to 6 months, males if possible because there may be some physical exercices needed during the events organizations. These internship contracts can become some employment contract if the performances during the internship period are relevant.
Here are the details of the missions :
- Management of the existing and Development of new Client Portfolio
- Preparation and general organization of the teambuilding events
- Manageemnt of the relationships with the suppliers
- Management of the chinese staff and the foreign coaches on contract basis
- Market study of the teambuilding practices, games, strategies aound the world
- Assistance of the GM in the Marketing/Promotion tasks
Some other missions will come as we are expanding our company and offering more and more activities.
The timing is from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm, with 1hour of break.
I really reckon that the internships I offer are really interetsting professionnaly as well as culturally.

Here are the selection criterias :
- To be in the last year or just finished a business school
- To have a first sales experience
- A good physical appreance
- To speak and write perfectly English
- To be proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook et Photoshop

As far as the compensations are concerned, I am giving 2000 to 3000 rmb/month, depending on professional experience.
