Discussion: Business development assistant - 6 Months Internship

BASSETTI is a French company, specialized in Technical Expertise Management. We provide consulting services and knowledge management software to support the development of R&D centres, design offices and sourcing departments of large industrials in China. In order to sustain its devlopment across China, BASSETTI is looking for 2 promising candidates about to graduate from western and renowned Universities.

2 ideal Profiles :

• Commercial profile with a background in new technologies
• Generalist Engineer with a strong interest in business/commerce

IMPORTANT: Your application shall demonstrate either experience or interest in technologies/technical projects


You will be assisting the BDM in the prospection and sales meetings. Your mission is to develop and follow your prospects portfolio throughout mailing, cold calls networking, tradeshow, etc. You have to adapt yourself to different interlocutors (Operation director, R&D director, General Managers, experts, IT managers, etc.) and be able to detect their needs and present them an adapted solution.

We are looking for someone dynamic and passionate who likes communication and interactions. You have knowledge or an eager to learn about industrial processes, technical project management challenges, information systems, etc.

You should have both technical and commercial skills, be interested in knowledge management and be ready to invest yourself for a very rich, challenging experience.

Thisinternship should close your studies so an employment can be considered at the end of it.
The internship is remunerated : base salary + monthly Bonus.

Pre required knowledge :

• Fluent in English, French and/or Chinese are a plus
• Great Communication skills
• Familiar with prospection methods
• Result oriented
• Autonomy
• General knowledge in information systems and/or project management
• International experience 6 months minimum
