Société de Vidéo production et photographie installée a Shanghai depuis 6 ans recherche son assistant!

Vous serez en charge des taches administratives (Repondre au telephone, commande on line, facturation,..) ainsi que l'organisation lors des tournages (vous serez formé(e) si vous n'avez pas d'expérience dans ce domaine).
Vous devez savoir vous servir des logiciels de bureautique Microsoft. Etre en contact avec les clients, fournisseurs et employes.

Nous sommes situe en centre ville, JingAn, mais il est possible que des tournage s'effectuent en dehors de Shanghai pour de periode de 1 a 3 jours.

Vous devez etre fluent en Anglais et Chinois (Ecrit-Parle), francais est un plus,

Il n'y a pas de comptabilite a proprement parle car c'est externalisé.
C'est une petite structure, donc les taches vont etre tres variées.

Salaire est de 4,000 rmb / mois, sur un contrat de 1 an minimum.

DUTIES
Handle multiple tasks covering all areas of a video and photography project.

* internet searching,
* assisting with sourcing of production equipment,
* answer the phone,
* assist in loading, unloading, and setting up production equipment,
* general office duties e.g. ordering/buying supplies,
* manage the logistics of shootings e.g.arrange trips to location,
* translation,
* perform accounts payable functions for expenses,
* prepare documents for accounting,
* issue invoices,
* follow up with clients both local and international
* and exceptionally support Managing Director for personal matters
requiring to speak Chinese


The candidate must be fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin, (French is
a plus), flexible (in tasks and time), hard working, enjoy working
with small and international team, excellent presentation, able to
travel.
A strong interest in video and photography is preferable.

Working Hours: 10:00 - 19:00, Full time position, one year contract NO LESS
Compensation: rmb 4,000 month depending on experience
Location: Shanghai downtown, Jing An district.
