Le Petit Milu/The Milu Guide
Le Petit Milu/The Milu Guide is a life guide providing practical information for people living in Shanghai. The first edition, released in June 2009, was a real success. A second edition will be released in April 2010, accompanied for the first time with an English version. Le Petit Milu is totally free and widely distributed throughout Shanghai. A PDF version of the guide can also be down-loaded online for free on Le Petitjournal.com/Shanghai.
Job: Project Manager for Le Petit Milu/The Milu Guide
Within a small team, you will be involved in every aspect of the project: content development, distribution, commercial process, communication.
You will gather information in order to develop the content of each section of the guide, by questionning experts and professionals.
You will participate in the content writing.
You will take care of the distribution of the guide by developing partnerships with companies and institutions.
You will ensure the financement of the project by canvassing potential advertisers and negotiating contracts.
You will set up the marketing and communication strategy.
Salary: basic salary + commissions to be determined
Profile
Business school or equivalent
English native-speaker with very good French-speaking/writing skills or French native-speaker with very good English-speaking/writing skills
Good communicator, strong interpersonal skills
Proactive and autonomous
Editorial sensibility
