Nous sommes une entreprise allemande fabricant de guitares electriques, basses et accessoires. Dans le cadre de notre development, nous sommes en train d etablir une nouvelle usine pour la production d accessoires pour guitares, et nous recherchons un directeur d usine.

Responsibilities:

- Plan/ Organize and start up production
- Hire workers and supervisors
- Manage Daily operation
- Plan material orders and suppliers
- Optimize production flow
- Meet delivery date and production targets

Requirement:

Motivated candidate to work outside of Shanghai 100km.
Engineering/Technical background and proven management experience, experience in woodworking or/and textile would be an asset. Minimum 3 years management experience in China, speaking chinese... hardworking, committed and active candidate only. Willing to grow with the organization in a long term.
