Sales Manager – Shanghai, China


THE GOAL
To attack and expand sales in Shanghai through direct involvement with top customers, and through leadership, mentorship, some ex-pat, some Chinese, all fluent in English.

THE PERSON
An outgoing, extroverted, professional, and personable adventurer in their late 20s to late 30s. Self motivated and aggressive to find opportunities. Previous time spent working abroad preferred.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
2-5 years of on trade sales experience in a Wine Company in China. Chinese language abilities are not required, as all internal staff and all customer contacts are fluent in English.

CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The ideal candidate will have the potential to become an Sales Director within 2-3 years. In Europe you have to climb the ladder in order to move up. In DTASIA, given our 40-60% annual growth, you are walking up a fast moving escalator. We love to promote proven performers from inside out teams, and are quickly creating more leadership positions.
