Administrative Missions and Service Duties:
• Assist manager to make customer follow up
• Customer phoning task
• Manage the full spectrum of office reception duties; answer telephone; welcome visitors; filing of all administrative documents and typing;
• Responsible for Incoming/Outgoing faxes/mail; overall office environment; pleasant and tidy;
• Assist in preparation of Expense Claims
• Manage office stationary;
• Petty cash management;
• Various other office assistance / Liaison with relevant local authorities;
• Arrange trips and flight tickets organization: Reservation of local and international Flight Tickets, Hotel & Visa application according to company regulation
Cashier Duties:
• Responsible for the petty cash;
• Verifying personnel expense claims;
• Liaison with relevant local authorities; Banks, office leasing company, company accounting's supplier, etc;
• Payment of supplier bills;
• Assist in various accounting duties, if necessary.
Profile wanted • 1-2 year's minimum practical experience in administrative division
• Proficiency with PCs; Microsoft software
• Ability to multitask and rapidly solve problems;
• Strong communication skills;
• Chinese and English language (written & oral), French is a plus
• Stable character, well organized and motivated;
Experience: 1 - 3 years
