Our french company is offering an internship position in the Logistics / sourcing department, in our shanghai branch, as purchasing assistant.
Responsibilities:
(1)Set up, organize and coordinate purchasing plan to attain the target of deliveries, storage and profit.
(2)Set up supplier evaluation system together with Quality and Engineering and other relevant departments, support supplier audit.
(3)Price negotiation with the selected suppliers.
(4)Develop and deal with suppliers including quality of products, payment and delivery conditions, provide relevant reports monthly to supply chain manager.
(5)Pursue continuously to cost saving and maintain purchasing cost accuracy.
(6)Prepare periodic performance review of supplier. Ensure supplier’s capacity to keep up with company growth.
Skills Required:
(1)A first experience in a sourcing or purchasing management role is appreciated.
(2)Written and oral Communicate in English (Essential), chinese (mandarin) is a plus
(4)Basic knowledge of production processes (fabrication, machining, casting and so on)
(5)Strong skills of negotiation and communication.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Monthly salary negotiable
