JOG, a new french swimwear brand company is looking for a local recent graduate to work as a business development assistant. An exciting opportunity with a young and dynamic company!

We are looking for a part-time assistant who will report directly to the foreign general manager.
Located in Xuhui district. Line 1 Henshan.

The position is available from November 10th, 2008.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Communicating and negotiating with Chinese partners (suppliers / local and foreign distributors)
- Merchandising task: follow all the steps of the production with Chinese swimwear suppliers
- Edit and create the brand catalogue
- Prepare and arrange logistic documents with providers
- Help on the daily task (translation, phone calls,
- Handling special projects as needed (e.g Event, P.R)



Your skills are:
- Chinese native speaker is a must
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Internet research skills and familiarity with a Windows environment
- Ability to work independently and take on responsibility and challenges
- Creative
- Excellent multi-tasking ability
- Familiarity with the swimwear environment would be a plus

Qualifications:
- University degree or diploma
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- A positive attitude, very dynamic and proactive person
