Copers International Search, an executive head-hunting firm, based in Paris, Warsaw, Moscow and Shanghai, recruits for international, Executive Managers and Members of the Board for top level companies.

In the frame of our development and in order to strengthen our International Research Team, we are recruiting Research Associates who, after thorough training on our investigation methods, will become International Consultants.

Job Position:

You will deal by yourself with assignments on the several Geographical areas that we cover from our existing office or coming office.

You will work in close collaboration with a Consultant regarding:

§ Definition of customer’s needs
§ Research strategy
§ Identification and direct approach of potential candidates
§ Evaluation interviews and presentation of candidate short-list
§ Follow-up of Candidates after their recruitement.

Professional and pro active, you will you will meet our criteria in efficiency, quality and ethic which enable us to work on a long term basis with international key account.

We have a regular program of evaluation, which allows us to propose

Profile:

§ University/ Business School Graduate
§ Fluent in English, French and/or Chinese are a must, other languages are a real plus.
§ Open-minded, adaptable, dedicated and proactive
§ International Experience.
