Some information about who we are:
We are a German start-up specialized in trading, industrial design and product development. We deliver our customers an entire product concept. We take charge of design, feasibility report, quotation, packaging, POS display and logistic.

Some information about the position to be filled. You will be in charge of the following tasks:

Accounting
• Preparing various financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet, cash flow including annual corporate income tax return and tax reconciliation
statements based on financial statements
• Reviewing and authorizing operation-related invoices
• Control and maintain Bank transactions
• Record, classify, and summarize financial transactions and events
• Collects data on direct, indirect, and overhead costs of operations and maintain it
• Prepare accounting, statistical and narrative statements or reports requiring analysis and interpretation of data
• Participate the internal and external Audit

Payroll
• Preparing monthly payroll schedule including gross payments, deduction items such as
taxes, national pension, medical insurance, and etc, and net payment to each employee

Tax
• Preparing monthly withholding tax reports
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns

• Weekly report to the Branch Manager

We are looking for you if you:
• Have an Accounting License (IMPERATIVE!)
• Are able to handle all accounting transactions of a General VAT Payer
• Are able to use "Yongyou" (a big plus)
• Have a strong experience in accounting and finance through internships
• Are fluent in English,
• Have great verbal and written communication skills (Chinese and English),
• Are self-confident and have a neat image,
• Can think conceptually
• Can structure your work
• Can be pragmatic if needed
