Publicis Events China(Emotion) looking for Project Manager

As a part of Publicis Events, Emotion is a full-service event agency headquartered in Asia.

We have an extensive reach in Asia Pacific with offices located in Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Bangkok and Seoul.

Our expertise and experience encompasses all sectors in particular: Fashion, Luxury and Corporate.

We are currently looking for: Project Manager

Responsibilities:
1. In coordination with the business development executive in charge.
2. Ensure the management of projects and coordinate both internal & external resources needed on a project.
3. Take care of the project in all the general aspects
4. Source the supplier venues
5. Coordinate and manage all relationship for the project, including talents, venues, suppliers, and all logistics aspects, including cost control.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 3 years experience in event management, FMCG channel promotion, corporate or luxury is a plus.
3. Experience in 4A agency, marketing agency or PR agency is a plus.
4. Excellent English & Chinese communication skills are compulsory.
5. Good organizational skills and firm comprehension in event concept and execution.
6. Good awareness of customer relationship, good presentation and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and various conditions. 7. Flexibility to travel in China for project purposes.
