l KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Sales development
Participate in the development of the business of Shanghai Branch
Be responsible for the Business Development team to reach its yearly target
Sales Coaching
Search new information about potential clients
Support the business development department of the Branch, centralize the prospects and insure information is correctly dispatched to each Business Development Managers
Participate in the marketing and sales offer to client by working jointly with sales team on the recommendation and the production of overall commercial documents, i.e.presentations, proposals, contracts, etc.
Training
Organize and implement the sales training sessions for team members of the Business
Development Department
Participate in building a sales and marketing corporate culture by stimulating commitment spirit
Monitor Competition
Be aware of the market competition in order to anticipate the actions of competitors
Marketing research
Plan, coordinate and implement quantitative and qualitative market research studies per location and relevant segments that support the overall marketing & sales strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in business studies
3-5 years hands-on sales experience in order to tackle high-standard business opportunities
Excellent networking skills and customer-orientation
Be proficient in English, a 2nd European language is preferable - both written and verbal
